Returns & Refunds Policy

At DecoStone Surfaces, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Each panel is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Custom orders or cut panels are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your panels arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
